Kids Celebration is directed by Dr. Bill Buchanan. Dr. Buchanan is an Associate Professor of Recreation and Leisure Studies at Oklahoma Baptist University. He has taught at O.B.U. for the past twenty years. His vision is to share God’s love with children and parents as they participate in high energy, fun-filled, interactive games. Dr. Buchanan is known abroad for his ability to facilitate biblical learning and participate in God’s truths through gaming and recreation. He has written games for organizations such as Team Kids and TM412. He has also provided camp recreation services in 21 states over the past 19 years. Bill’s goal is to bring families together in a fun-filled night where they can laugh and learn together. Bill feels as parents “we don’t laugh enough with our kids”.
